Try Oruva first
An eligible account gives you a 14-day trial of the full Oruva application, including five protected scene conversions. After the trial expires, a paid license is required to continue using the application unless another access right is expressly offered. Please use the trial to check Oruva with representative files and your Cinema 4D or Blender workflow before purchasing.
14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchasing an Oruva License. If applicable law gives you a longer period or additional rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@oruva.app within the refund window.
- Include the email address used for your Oruva account and your Paddle receipt or transaction reference.
- Do not send card numbers, bank details, passwords, license secrets, or scene files.
Purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on Paddle, the payment method, and your financial institution.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, the paid entitlement is revoked. The account retains only any unexpired trial or other access then available under the current product terms. A refund does not, by itself, terminate the End User License Agreement or delete your local Oruva library, project files, or other user content.
