Move your license to a new computer

Sign out and release on the old computer, then sign in on the new one.

Your license covers you on two computers, and replacing one never means buying again.

• Moving to a new computer: on the old one, open Preferences → Account, choose Sign out and release and confirm. With an early transfer available, its place is free at once; two early transfers are available in any 30 days. Signing out always works; without a transfer left, Oruva shows the date the place frees up.
• Removing a computer you can’t reach: removal stops new access and renewal now, and its place becomes available when its offline access ends: up to 30 days for Individual, 90 days for Studio. Oruva shows you the exact date.
• Lost, stolen or broken? Choose I can’t access my old computer. One automatic emergency replacement is available every 180 days; it is recorded on your account and confirmed by email. If you need another sooner, contact support for a free review.
